We build great skiers first and then great racers from there.  We use a thoughtful combination of focused free skiing, technical work, courses, and race simulation to get excited and promote our athletes' abilities. Our mission is to enhance lives through alpine skiing; we prioritize developing each athlete as a person by valuing team, personal growth, a love for the sport, and building community.

MRT is part of a larger United States Ski & Snowboard, the Western Region of the US S&S (Regions are East, Rocky/Central, and Western) and in the Western Region the Pacific Northwest Division (PNSA - Pacific Northwest Ski Association) of the US governing body of skiing. Our youth program is part of the Mt. Hood Youth Ski League with travel between the ski areas on Mt. Hood. Meadows Race Team is happy to have access to far and above the best skiing terrain within a day’s drive of Portland and it shows in our skiers' abilities!
