Before you let the sunshine remove thoughts of skiing, the auction crew would like you to keep the following in mind:

Auction Donation
Summer vacation is a great time to ask your favorite businesses and vacation destinations to contribute to The  Meadows Race and Big Mountain Team. If each family could procure an item for the auction, it would make the even a great success
The auction team is here to help you - some ideas to help you:

• Do you have a vacation home you’d like to offer for a specified period of time as your auction donation? Perhaps you have a family member or friend who might be willing to donate theirs?
• Would you like to support a small, local business by buying a gift card and donating it to MRT?
• Where do you like to shop? Dine out? Sign your kids up for activities? Buy flowers? Get your teeth cleaned? Take your dog to the vet? Chances are other MRT families would like to bid on a donation from stores you like and business owners could attract new customers.
• Sponsorship and Advertising  Is your business in a position to become an MRT auction sponsor? 
• Have a great idea for a donor or sponsor but don’t feel comfortable asking them yourself? Just pass the information along to our fundraising team
